- Socket Wrench with 7/16″ Socket
- Flat Blade Screwdriver
- 1/4″ Nut Driver
- 5/16″ Driver Bit

Steps

Door Slide Adjustment
0:20 | Step 1: Locate the sliding mechanism on the side of the unit and remove the three screws securing the cover to the mechanism. Remove the cover and see aside.
0:40 | Step 2: Locate the 16 bolts securing the bearings to the slide, Loosen each just enough so the mechanism can move.
0:51 | Step 3: Align the mechanism properly, starting with the bottom set of bearings, loosening and tightening as needed.
1:03 | Step 4: Continue to adjust while loosening and tightening the top bearings. Once level, tighten down all 16 bolts.
1:19 | Step 5: Test the sliding mechanism for proper operation, ensuring there is minimal sag and binding.
1:29 | Step 6: Once satisfied, reinstall the cover and screws removed in Step 1.
1:38 | Step 7: Test the door for proper sealing and make adjustments if needed. (see Door Adjustment section next). Return unit to service.
Door Adjustment
1:48 | Step 1: Locate the door hinges and remove the hinge covers.
2:02 | Step 2: Loosen all the screws that mount the hinges to both the door and unit.
2:16 | Step 3: Carefully just the door in and out, and side to side, taking note of the door leveling and gaps.
2:27 | Step 4: Retighten screws loosened in Step 2.
2:38 | Step 5 Test door for proper sealing. Repeat Steps 2-4 as needed.
2:45 | Step 6: Once the floor seals properly and is level, reinstall the hinge covers and return the unit to service.
Gasket Adjustment
2:55 | Step 1: Open the door and locate the gasket along the frame of the unit. Check for any wrinkles or cuts in the gasket. Shut the door and check for proper sealing.
3:11 | Step 2: For any gaps found, open the door and adjust the gasket in and out using splines built into the gasket.
3:25 | Step 3: Close the door and check the gasket and sealing again. repeat Step 2 as needed.
3:35 | Step 4: Once the gasket seals properly, return the unit to service.
