PRIVACY POLICY
ACCEPTANCE:
All orders are subject to acceptance at the home office of FWE Part Sales (Seller), under the following terms and conditions of sale, regardless of any variance of any order from or other document submitted by Buyer. All orders are subject to prices in effect at the time of delivery, together with shipping charges. Receipt of a Parts Price List does not constitute an offer to sell. No modification of these terms and conditions shall bind seller unless expressly stated in writing by Seller.

SHIPMENTS:
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all prices are F.O.B. Shipping Point. FWE Part Sales is located at 5599 Hwy 31 W.Portland, TN 37148. Parcels are generally shipped via UPS, but the Seller maintains the right to change carriers without notice. Shipping for standard ground delivery is free. Other priority rates for the continental United States are set and determined by a 3rd party shipper (UPS) and may change without notice. Both standard and priority rates are subject to change and current rates will be provided during the checkout process. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for standard ground delivery. Delivery dates are approximate, subject to normal variations customary in the industry and unforeseen delays. Seller shall not be liable for any damages to Buyer as a result of delayed shipment or delivery. Standard delivery is limited to the Continental United States. Shipping to any destination outside the continental United States (including Alaska, Hawaii or other outlying US territory) may incur additional shipping and handling charges at the discretion of FWE Part Sales.

- Availability To ensure that the parts you require are in stock, we recommend contacting us directly to confirm availability before placing your order.

Lead Time for Custom Parts Please note that the standard lead time for manufacturing of non-stock parts is 5 business days from the receipt of your order.

Same Day Shipping For stock items, orders placed by 2:00 PM (CST) will be eligible for same day shipping. Orders received after this cut-off time will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Orders Requiring Freight Shipping Orders containing large quantities of motors, casters, or large doors may be subject to freight shipping. If it is determined during order processing that freight shipping is necessary, we will promptly notify the customer and provide updated shipping details.

Shipping to Physical Addresses Please ensure that you provide a valid physical shipping address, as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box is entered as the shipping address, we will contact the customer to cancel the order and request an updated address before re-submitting the order.

Out of Stock Parts In the event that an ordered part is out of stock, we will cancel the affected order and notify the customer. We will provide information on the availability of the part and allow the customer to re-order once the part is back in stock.

PRICES:
Current prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT:
Invoices payable in US dollars via Visa or, MasterCard.
CANCELLATION:
Since FWE Part Sales does its very best to ship same day, if a cancelation is desired, the Seller must be contacted ASAP at 615-805-3270 and a representative must authorize the cancelation.
RETURNS:
Merchandise may not be returned for a refund, unless specifically authorized in writing, and given a return material authorization number (RMA) by Seller. All transportation charges are to be paid by the Buyer. Credit to the Buyer will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Custom and/or modified parts built to buyers specifications, used or shelf worn parts are not returnable.
90 DAY LIMITED PARTS WARRANTY:
If a part fails under normal operating conditions within 90 days of shipping FWE Part Sales will replace it at no charge or credit will be given. For warranty claims, questions, or concerns contact the customer service hotline at 615-805-3270.
DAMAGE/LOSS CLAIMS:
All parts shipped from the factory on behalf of Buyer are at Buyer’s risk. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, Buyer must make his claim directly with the carrier.
PRIVACY:
Your privacy is important to us. Information FWE Part Sales gathers or collects will not be shared or sold to any other organizations for the purposes of marketing or promotion. However FWE Part Sales makes no implied `guarantees and reserves the right to change, modify or amend its policies and as it sees fit at any time without notice. FWE Part Sales may on occasion send or contact the purchaser, for information, or promotional purposes.
