- Small Flat Blade Screwdriver
- Digital Temperature Sensor
Steps
0:00 | Power on unit and set to standard operating temperature. Once thermostat has cycled, insert sensor into cabinet. Compare reading to both thermostat and thermometer.
If the internal temperature is HOTTER than the reading on the thermometer
0:41 | Step 1- Remove plastic cover on the thermometer using flat blade screwdriver
0:46 | Step 2- Hold down the wide end of the needle with your finger and use the screwdriver to turn set screw COUNTER-CLOCKWISE a 1/4 turn (this should raise the reading about 10°F)
0:57 | Step 3- Wait 15-20 Minutes for updated thermometer reading. If reading is still off, continue to adjust until correct temperature is achieved (Make sure to not remove set screw while adjusting)
1:07 | Step 4- Once readings on sensor and thermometer align, reinstall cover and return unit to service
If the internal temperature is COLDER than the reading on the thermometer
1:22 | Step 1- Remove plastic cover on thermometer using flat blade screwdriver
1:31 | Step 2- Hold down the wide end of the needle with your finger and use the screwdriver to turn set screw CLOCKWISE a 1/4 turn (this should lower the reading about 10°F)
1:40 | Step 3- Wait 15-20 Minutes for updated thermometer reading. If reading is still off, continue to adjust until correct temperature is achieved (Make sure to not remove set screw while adjusting)
1:50 | Step 4- Once readings on sensor and thermometer align, reinstall cover and return unit to service
