  • 5/16″ Nut Driver
  • 11/16″ Socket Wrench
  • Screwdriver
  • Pliers
  • Heat Tape

Steps

Replacing Hot Air Element

0:20 | Step 1: Open the unit and remove the heat tunnel assembly exposing the element and blower housing.

0:31 | Step 2: Remove the side panel and locate the element. Disconnect the element connections, take off the nuts and washers, and remove the element by pulling it out of the blower housing. Discard the old element.

1:00 | Step 3: Install the new element through the blower hosing, locking in place with nuts and washers used in Step 2.

1:18 | Step 4: Reconnect the element connections. Restore power and test the unit for operationality.

1:28 | Step 5: Once operationality is confirmed, reinstall the side panel and heat tunnel assembly. Return the unit to service.

Replacing Water Element

1:45 | Step 1: Open the unit and remove the heat tunnel assembly. Remove the water pan from the bottom of the unit.
